Mentorship program
Women+ in Concentrated Solar is starting a mentorship program for women and other underrepresented genders in the concentrated solar sector. Our goal is to help our mentees (of underrepresented gender identities) build confidence, grow as professionals and reach their full potential.
2025 campaign
Phase 1 – Mentors & mentees registration
Mentors and mentees can register until March 8.
Mentors can be of all gender identities. Only mentees of underrepresented gender identities will be accepted. Underrepresented genders include cis women, trans women, trans men, non binary people, and people who may be questioning their gender.
Mentors are expected to meet virtually with their mentee(s) once a month for 4 months. Higher frequency can be decided at the discretion of paired mentors and mentees.
Phase 2 – Mentor/mentee pairing and meetings
You will be matched according to your respective areas of expertise and professional needs and expectations.
Connections will be made by the end of March, so that meetings can start in April.
